Is the Montana jacket actually waterproof?

The shell is DWR-treated nylon with a silicone coating, and the brand lists it as waterproof and wind resistant. Seams are not described as sealed, so treat it as solid for rain and snow but not for prolonged downpours.

It uses synthetic insulation and carries a 4 Extreme Warmth rating, so it is built for winter rather than mild days. The relaxed fit also leaves room for a sweater underneath.

What sizes does it come in?

It comes in XS, S, M, L and XL in a relaxed fit. Because the cut is roomy, shoppers between sizes often prefer the smaller one.

No hood is listed. The collar has a chin protector and the front zipper sits behind an interior storm flap, so neck coverage comes from the collar.
