Yes, if your child is just starting to count. The pieces are sized for small hands, but supervise closely because small parts are a choking hazard under age 3.

Our take on the Montessori Generation Montessori High Five Math

The Montessori Generation Montessori High Five Math is a hands-on wooden math toy for children aged 3 and up. It uses a five-frame style board with movable pieces so kids can practice counting, adding and subtracting by touch rather than on a screen. It measures 5.1" x 11.5" x 5.7" and weighs 15.2oz, so it sits on a table or shelf without taking over a room. It is a small-brand educational toy, so check the current price against similar wooden math boards before buying.
