Is the Mountain Warehouse Path worth it?

Yes if you want a cheap waterproof shoe for dog walks and easy day hikes. If you hike rocky or steep terrain often, spend more on a shoe with better grip and support.

Is it fully waterproof?

It has a waterproof membrane, so it handles rain, wet grass and shallow puddles. It is not a rubber boot, so deep water can still get in over the collar.

Sizes run from men's 8 to 13, but the listing gives no width information. If you wear wide shoes or thick socks, size up or try them on first.

Can I use it for running or the gym?

No. It is a hiking and walking shoe, not a running or cross-training shoe, and the stiffer build suits trails better than pavement sprints.

Mountain Warehouse discounts heavily around seasonal sales and clearance events. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
