Is Clear Whey Isolate worth it over regular whey?

It is worth it if you dislike thick, milky shakes and want something you can drink quickly. Regular whey concentrate usually costs less per gram of protein, so choose clear whey for the texture, not the value.

How much protein and sugar is in a serving?

Each serving has 20g of protein from hydrolyzed whey isolate, with 0g sugar and 0g fat. That makes it easy to fit into a calorie deficit.

How do you mix it without foam?

Shake it with cold water and let it stand for a minute before drinking. Using less vigorous shaking and slightly more water reduces the foam.

What flavors are available?

The range includes Lemonade, Blue Raspberry, Fruit Punch, Lemon Iced Tea, and Orange Cream. Fruity and citrus options tend to get the best feedback.

Is it suitable for tested athletes?

Yes. It is Informed Choice certified, which means it is tested for banned substances. Check the batch certificate if you compete under a specific federation.

When is the best time to buy it?

Myprotein runs frequent sitewide discounts, so the price swings widely. Watch the price history and buy during a sale rather than at list price.
