Our take on the Neche 87 Inch 3 Seater Corduroy Sofa with Extra Deep Seats

The Neche is an 87-inch three-seat sofa in gray corduroy with a camelback silhouette and track arms. Its selling point is a 21.26-inch seat depth, deeper than most sofas at this price, plus pocket-spring and high-density foam cushions on a solid and engineered wood frame rated to 850 lb. Assembly is listed at about 15 minutes for one adult. At $269.85 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Pros
  • Deep 21.26-inch seat suits lounging and lying down
  • 87-inch width seats three adults with room to spare
  • 850 lb weight capacity is high for the price
  • Pocket-spring and foam cushions hold shape better than plain foam
  • Solid wood legs and frame materials at an entry-level price
  • Fast assembly, about 15 minutes for one person
Cons
  • Only one new price listed, so there is no price history to judge the deal
  • Corduroy shows crushing and lint and is harder to clean than flat weave
  • Track arms and camelback back are low at 18 inches, so less head support
  • Gray is the only color listed
  • No reviews of this exact listing beyond a 3.1 average, so quality is uncertain

Questions and answers

Is the Neche corduroy sofa worth $269.85?
At $269.85 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is cheap for an 87-inch sofa with a 21-inch seat depth. Expect entry-level materials: corduroy that needs care and foam cushions that may soften over time. It is a reasonable buy if you want size and depth over long-term durability.
How deep is the seat compared with a standard sofa?
The seat depth is 21.26 inches, several inches deeper than the roughly 18 to 20 inches typical of budget sofas. That makes it better for lounging but harder for shorter sitters to reach the floor comfortably.
Will it fit through a doorway and into my living room?
The sofa is 87 inches wide, 30 inches deep and 35 inches high. Check doorways and stair turns before ordering, since an 87-inch piece may need to come in through a wide opening or be assembled in the room.
How long does assembly take and what is included?
Assembly is listed at about 15 minutes for one adult, and the legs are solid wood. The listing does not spell out the full box contents, so confirm whether tools and hardware are included with the seller.
How do I clean corduroy upholstery?
Vacuum corduroy with a brush attachment and blot spills promptly rather than rubbing, which crushes the pile. Check the care tag before using any liquid cleaner, and keep the sofa out of direct sun to limit fading.
When is the price likely to be lowest?
Only one new price is listed, $269.85 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, so there is no history to time a drop. Furniture discounts cluster around Black Friday and end-of-season sales, so compare then.
Where is the Neche 87 Inch 3 Seater Corduroy Sofa with Extra Deep Seats cheapest?
At Walmart, for $269.85, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Neche 87 Inch 3 Seater Corduroy Sofa with Extra Deep Seats?
Rated 3.1 out of 5 from 107 ratings.
