Is this sneaker worth buying?

Only if the price is low and you accept the risk of an unknown brand. There is no reliable owner feedback yet to confirm comfort or durability.

How does it compare with Converse or Vans high tops?

Those brands have documented cushioning, sizing and warranty support. The Negash offers a similar silhouette at a lower price but without that track record.

What sizes does it come in?

The listing does not state a size range clearly. Check the size menu before ordering and expect possible differences from US sizing on major brands.

Material details are not specified. Assume a mix of synthetic upper and rubber sole unless the seller states otherwise.

When is the price lowest?

No price history is available for this model, so there is no reliable cheapest period to target. Compare against similar high tops before buying.

Typically just the pair of sneakers. Extra laces or insoles are not indicated.
