Is 4K at 60 fps worth it over 30 fps?

Yes if you stream or record motion: 60 fps looks smoother and holds up better when the feed is compressed. For plain video calls, 4K30 is usually enough.

Do I need the ring light on all the time?

No. It is there for dim rooms and can be switched off in good light. Leaving it on in a bright room tends to wash out skin tones.

Will it work with Zoom, Teams and OBS?

It is a standard USB webcam, so it works with common video apps without extra software. Check that your app supports 4K60 if you want the full frame rate.

Is the built-in microphone good enough for calls?

It is fine for meetings and casual streaming. For podcasts or voiceover, a dedicated USB mic will sound cleaner.

What is a fair price for it?

The best new price is $138.99 at Newegg as of November 7, 2026. With only one store listing it new, compare against other 4K webcams with lights before buying.
