The Nike Flex Experience Run 12 is a lightweight, flexible women's road running shoe built for easy miles, gym sessions and everyday wear. The best new price is $47.97 at Nike as of November 5, 2026, well below its usual $70 list, and three stores carry it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Flex Experience Run 12 good for beginners?
Yes. It is light, flexible and easy to run or walk in, which suits new runners doing short distances. Runners going past about 5 miles will want more cushioning.
How does it compare to the Run 11?
The Run 12 keeps the same flexible, low-profile approach with a refreshed upper and outsole pattern. The changes are minor, so buy whichever is cheaper.
Does it come in wide widths?
Yes. Nike offers it in standard, wide and extra wide fits, and this listing is the extra wide version. That makes it a good pick for women who normally size up to get width.
Is it waterproof?
No. The mesh upper is breathable but not water-resistant, so it is a dry-weather shoe.
When is it cheapest?
It sits well below list during clearance events and end-of-season sales. At $47.97 at Nike as of November 5, 2026, it is already near its low point.
Can I use it for the gym or walking?
Yes. The flexible sole works for treadmill runs, light lifting and daily walking. It is not built for lateral court sports.
Where is the Nike Flex Experience Run 12 Women's Road Running Shoes cheapest?
At Nike, for $47.97, as of our latest check.
