Is the Nike Revolution 7 worth it?

Yes if you want an inexpensive Nike shoe for short runs, walking or the gym. If you run long distances or need stability, spend more on the Pegasus or a support shoe.

How does the Revolution 7 compare to the Pegasus?

The Pegasus has more cushioning, a springier foam and better outsole durability. The Revolution 7 is lighter on the wallet but flatter underfoot and less suited to high mileage.

What is the Revolution 7 best used for?

Short easy runs, treadmill sessions, walking and gym workouts. It is not built for marathon training or heavy overpronation.

Does the Revolution 7 fit true to size?

Most buyers find it true to size in US men's sizing. Runners with wide feet often go up a half size because the upper runs snug.

When is the Revolution 7 cheapest?

As an entry-level model it is rarely deeply discounted, but prices tend to dip when a new Revolution version launches or during seasonal sales.

Our take on the Nike Revolution 7 Men's Road Running Shoes

The Nike Revolution 7 is Nike's entry-level men's road running shoe, built with a soft foam midsole and a breathable mesh upper for everyday miles and gym use. It sits below the Pegasus line in cushioning and support, so it suits casual runners and walkers more than high-mileage training. It is a budget model, and its price moves little, so the latest best price is close to its usual range rather than a deep markdown.
