Is the Nike Therma Shield Hoodie warm enough for a cold stadium game?

It is a midweight layer meant for cool to cold weather, not deep winter on its own. Most people wear it over a base layer or under a jacket for late-season games.

What does the Shield finish do?

It adds a water-repellent coating that beads off light rain and snow. It is not waterproof, so it will soak through in steady rain.

How does 2XLT fit compared with standard Nike sizes?

2XLT is big and tall sizing: more room through the chest and body plus extra length. If you normally wear a roomy XXL, the 2XLT will fit looser and longer.

Is $90 a good price for this hoodie?

Scheels lists it at $90 as of November 7, 2026, and it is the only new price on record, so there is no lower recent price to compare. Team hoodies at this level typically sit in the $80 to $110 range.

Is it officially licensed NFL gear?

Yes. It carries NFL and Dallas Cowboys branding as official team merchandise.

Can I wear it in rain?

Light rain and snow will bead off the Shield finish, but it is a hoodie, not a rain jacket. Bring a shell for wet weather.

Where is the Nike Therma Shield Hoodie cheapest?
