Is the Nike Shox TL good for running?

No. It is a lifestyle shoe with a firm Shox heel and heavy build. Use a dedicated running shoe for actual runs.

How does the Shox TL fit?

Most women find it true to size in medium width. If you have wide feet or wear thick socks, consider going up half a size.

Is the Shox TL comfortable for all-day wear?

It depends on your feet. The Shox columns give a springy but firm heel, and the shoe is heavy, so it suits short errands better than long walking days.

When is the best time to buy the Shox TL?

Retro Shox models tend to dip during seasonal sales and end-of-season clearances. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.

How does it compare with the Shox R4?

The TL has a taller, more dramatic Shox stack and a lighter mesh upper. The R4 is lower and closer to the original 2000s running shape.

Our take on the Nike Womens Shox TL

The Nike Shox TL is a retro running-inspired sneaker built on Nike's column Shox cushioning under the heel, with a mesh and synthetic upper and full-length lace-up fit. It is a lifestyle shoe first: the tall Shox pillars give a firm, springy heel and a distinctive look rather than soft everyday comfort. This listing is a women's size 8.5 in silver, medium width. No current price was provided, so check the latest best price against its recent range before buying.
