Our take on the Nike Women's Winflo 11 Running Shoes

The Nike Winflo 11 is a women's daily trainer built for neutral runners who want soft, springy cushioning without a premium price. It pairs Cushlon 3.0 foam with a full-length Nike Air unit for a balanced, responsive ride, and the engineered mesh upper has a roomy forefoot plus an elastic midfoot band that adapts to different foot shapes. It comes in medium and wide widths and has reflective details for low-light runs. The lowest price seen recently is $55 at 6pm.com as of October 28, 2026, which is the only price point recorded in that window, so there is no cheaper recent baseline to beat.

Questions and answers

Is the Winflo 11 worth it?
Yes for neutral runners who want Air cushioning at a moderate price. At $55 at 6pm.com as of October 28, 2026, it is a strong value for an everyday trainer.
How does the Winflo 11 compare with the Winflo 10?
The 11 uses Cushlon 3.0 foam and a full-length Air unit, with a roomier forefoot and a more breathable mesh upper. It is a softer, more accommodating update rather than a major redesign.
Does the Winflo 11 fit true to size?
Most buyers find it true to size, but some report it runs slightly small, so consider a half size up if you are between sizes. The elastic midfoot band and wide-width option help with fit.
Is the Winflo 11 good for wide feet?
Yes. It comes in medium and wide widths, and the spacious forefoot gives broader feet more room than many Nike trainers.
Is the Winflo 11 a stability shoe?
No. It is a neutral daily trainer with cushioning and a balanced ride, not a dedicated stability shoe. Runners who need motion control should look at Nike's stability models.
When is the Winflo 11 cheapest?
The lowest recent price recorded is $55 at 6pm.com as of October 28, 2026. Prices on prior-generation Winflo models usually drop further when a new version launches.
