Is the NIMO AI NAS Agentic Computer worth $1,799?

At $1,799 it is priced well above typical Ryzen 7 8845HS mini PCs. You are paying for the dual-Ethernet NAS design, 32GB of RAM and Linux setup. Compare against a mini PC plus separate NAS before deciding.

How much storage does it have?

It ships with a 128GB SSD, which is enough for the OS and apps but not for media or backups. Plan on adding drives or external storage for NAS use.

Does it have enough ports for a home lab?

Yes. It has two Ethernet ports, five USB ports, one HDMI and two DisplayPort outputs. That covers dual networking and multi-monitor setups without a dock.

What is the warranty?

Parts and labor are covered for 2 years.

Is the price likely to drop?

Only one store lists it new at $1,799 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing price to push it down. Watch for a second retailer listing before expecting a discount.

Our take on the NIMO AI NAS Agentic Computer Mini PC

The NIMO AI NAS Agentic Computer is a small Linux-based box built around an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS with 32GB of DDR5 and a 128GB SSD. It pairs a mini PC role with NAS duties, offering two Ethernet ports, one HDMI and two DisplayPort outputs, and five USB ports. Its only new price is $1,799 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026, with no other new-store pricing to compare against. That makes it a premium buy for a niche device, and the 128GB boot drive is small for storage-heavy use.
