Is the Ninja 4 Air Fryer worth it at $57.79?

At $57.79 at eBay as of November 8, 2026, it is a low price for a 4-quart Ninja basket fryer. It is worth it if you cook for one or two people and want simple, fast air frying.

How much food fits in a 4-quart air fryer?

About 2 pounds of fries or a small chicken, enough for two generous portions. A family of four will likely need to cook in batches.

Can you put the basket in the dishwasher?

Yes, the removable basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. Hand washing keeps the nonstick coating in better shape over time.

Does it need to preheat?

Preheating for about 3 minutes gives crisper results, though many owners skip it for short cooks. The 1,550-watt element heats quickly either way.

How does it compare with the Ninja 4-quart models with digital controls?

This model keeps controls simple; digital versions add preset programs and a timer display. Cooking performance is similar, so choose based on whether you want presets.

Basket air fryers like this one tend to dip around Black Friday and back-to-school sales. The current $57.79 at eBay is already near the bottom of its usual range.
