Is the Ninja Air Fryer Max Pro AF180UK worth it?

If you cook for a family and want one large basket, yes. It crisps well and cleans easily. If you often cook two foods at different temperatures, a dual-zone model suits you better.

How does it compare with the Ninja AF400UK?

The AF400UK is a dual-zone model with two independent baskets. The AF180UK has one 1.6-gallon basket, so it is simpler and usually cheaper but cannot cook two foods at separate settings.

How big is the basket?

It holds 1.6 gallons, roughly 6.2 quarts, enough for a whole small chicken or about 4 to 6 portions of fries.

What comes in the box?

The air fryer unit, a nonstick crisper plate and a quick-start guide. No accessories or recipe book beyond the guide are typically included.

Ninja air fryers usually drop around Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school sales. Watch the price history and buy when it falls below its usual range.

Can I put the basket in the dishwasher?

Yes, the basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. Hand washing preserves the nonstick coating longer.

Our take on the Ninja Air Fryer Max Pro AF180UK

The Ninja Air Fryer Max Pro AF180UK is a 1.6-gallon (6.2-quart) electric air fryer with 2,000 watts of power, sold in a black and silver finish. The large basket suits families and batch cooking, and the high wattage heats fast for crisp results. It sits in Ninja's upper-mid range, above the basic 4-quart models and below dual-zone two-basket units.
