Do I have to freeze the base overnight?

Yes. The pint of base must be frozen solid, which takes about 24 hours, before the machine can process it.

What is the Re-spin function for?

Re-spin runs the auger again on a batch that came out crumbly or powdery, softening it into a creamier texture.

Can it make dairy-free or vegan ice cream?

Yes. The programs work with dairy-free, vegan, keto and low-sugar bases, though results vary by recipe.

What comes in this bundle?

The machine plus three additional pint containers with lids, on top of the pint included with the base unit.

Is it worth it over the original CREAMi?

The machine works the same way; the extra pints are the main difference, letting you freeze several bases at once.
