Is the Ninja 2-basket air fryer worth it?

It is worth it if you regularly cook two different foods at once and want them to finish together. For single servings or small kitchens, a smaller single-basket fryer costs less and takes less space.

How is it different from the older Ninja dual-basket models?

This 10-quart Smart version adds touch controls, programmable presets and IQ Boost for faster whole-chicken meals. The core two-basket layout and 450°F maximum are carried over.

Does it need a special outlet?

It draws 1690 watts at 15 amps on 120 volts, so plug it into a dedicated kitchen circuit. Sharing an outlet with another high-wattage appliance can trip the breaker.

What comes in the box?

You get the air fryer unit, two 5-quart baskets with crisper plates, and the owner's guide. No extra accessories are included.

Can you cook different foods at different temperatures in each basket?

Yes. Each basket has its own temperature and time, and Smart Finish or Match Cook can sync them so both are done at the same moment.

Dual-basket Ninja fryers tend to drop during Black Friday and back-to-school sales. The best new price was $124.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, so compare against that before buying.
