Does it charge the phone?

No. The Big Magnetic Grip only holds the phone; it has no charging coil or cable.

Will it work with a non-MagSafe phone?

Only with a magnetic case or a metal plate stuck to the phone or case. A bare non-MagSafe phone will not stick.

Is $14.99 a good price?

It is a low price for a MagSafe-compatible grip. Only one store, Blain's Farm & Fleet, listed it at $14.99 as of November 7, 2026, so check other sellers before buying.

How strong is the magnet?

It is strong enough for a MagSafe iPhone in a MagSafe case. Thick cases and heavy phones can slip, so use a MagSafe-rated case.

The magnetic grip itself. Mounting hardware and a metal plate are not confirmed, so check the listing before buying.
