Is the Noahstrong Flame Diffuser worth it?

Only if you mainly want the flame nightlight on a tight budget. Its 2.3 out of 5 rating means many buyers were unhappy, so don't expect strong mist output or long run times.

How long does it run on one fill?

Up to about 6 hours on the 150 ml tank. That is short for a full night, so expect to refill it before morning.

Does it need distilled water?

Ultrasonic diffusers generally last longer with distilled water. Tap water works but can leave mineral film on the tank and mist plate.

Can I use it with essential oils?

Yes. It is an essential oil diffuser as well as a cool-mist humidifier, so add a few drops of oil to the water.
