Does the Nell daybed include a mattress?

No. The listing covers the wood frame and its built-in storage; a standard twin mattress is bought separately. Check the frame's mattress height guidance before ordering.

What size mattress fits it?

It takes a twin-size mattress. The L shape means the mattress sits along one arm, with the corner and second arm acting as the back and side.

Is $728.38 a good price?

Only one store lists it new at $728.38 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no second price to compare. Whether it is good depends on how much you value the L shape and built-in storage.

How much floor space does an L-shaped daybed need?

More than a straight twin bed, because the frame extends along two sides. Measure the full L footprint plus clearance for the storage access before buying.

Is it hard to assemble?

An L-shaped wood frame with storage has more parts than a simple bed. Plan on two people and a couple of hours, and keep the hardware bag labeled.

Where is it cheapest?

The Home Depot is the only store listing it new, at $728.38 as of November 7, 2026. Watch for seasonal furniture sales there if you are not in a hurry.
