How many calories per packet?

Each packet is a zero-calorie sweetener, so it adds no sugar or calories to your drink.

How does it compare to plain stevia powder?

The organic inulin and silica are added to mellow stevia's bitter notes, so it tastes rounder than pure stevia extract.

It is sugar-free and low glycemic. The inulin is a fiber, but check the label carb count if you track net carbs strictly.

How sweet is one packet?

One packet sweetens roughly like a teaspoon or two of sugar. Use two packets for large drinks if you like it sweeter.
