Pros
  • Large 9' x 7' target area for full swings
  • Steel frame and nylon net at a low price
  • Folds compact for storage between sessions
  • Weather-resistant for outdoor use
  • Light enough at 10 lb to move alone
Cons
  • No ball-return or catch features listed
  • Nylon netting wears faster than heavier mesh under repeated driver hits
  • Steel frame can bend if stakes aren't secured in wind
  • No side or top panels, so stray shots can escape

Questions and answers

Is $31.67 a good price for this net?
It is a low price for a 9' x 7' steel-frame net; comparable nets usually run higher. Six stores list it new, so compare before buying, but this is near the bottom of its range.
Will it stop a driver?
A 9' x 7' nylon net is sized for full swings, but nylon stretches and wears with repeated high-speed hits. Check the net for tears and replace or reinforce it if you hit driver often.
Can one person set it up?
Yes. At about 10 lb with a folding steel frame, one person can assemble and move it. Stake the frame down outdoors so wind doesn't tip it.
Does it work indoors?
It fits in a garage or basement if you have at least 9 feet of width and 7 feet of height plus room to swing. Use foam or limited-flight balls indoors to reduce wear and bounce-back.
What's in the box?
The listing describes the frame, net and folding storage design. Confirm whether stakes or a carry bag are included with the seller before ordering.
Where is the Oncourse 9' x 7' Practice Net cheapest?
At eBay, for $31.67, 68% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Oncourse 9' x 7' Practice Net?
7 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Golfballs.com, playitagainsports.com, Target, Walmart.
