Is this rug good for a hallway?

Yes. At 2'6" by 10'10" it is a long runner sized for hallways and entryways, and the dense synthetic pile is made for high traffic.

Vacuum regularly. The high pile needs a pass with a vacuum suited to plush rugs, and spot-clean spills promptly.

Some shedding is normal for a new synthetic high-pile rug. It usually settles after a few weeks of vacuuming.

Is it safe on hardwood floors?

It is an indoor rug, but a rug pad is recommended to keep it from sliding and to protect the floor underneath.

Only one store lists it new at $239.20 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no competing new price to compare. Check the price history for this listing before buying.
