Questions and answers

Is the Orthofeet Pacific Palisades good for plantar fasciitis?
Yes. It has built-in arch support and cushioned insoles designed for plantar fasciitis, and the removable insole lets you add your own orthotic if needed.
Does it fit custom orthotics?
Yes. The insole is removable, so you can swap in a prescription orthotic. The wide width option gives extra room for thicker inserts.
Is it really waterproof?
Orthofeet lists it as waterproof, with a leather upper and sealed construction. It handles rain and wet pavement, but it is not a wading boot.
How does it compare with Orthofeet's other sneakers?
The Pacific Palisades is one of Orthofeet's leather, waterproof casual styles, so it is dressier and more weather-ready than its mesh knit sneakers, which breathe better in heat.
When is the best time to buy?
The best new price was $56.85 at Mercari as of November 4, 2026, well under Orthofeet's usual list price. Check price history before buying, since discounts on this model vary by store.
What comes in the box?
The shoes ship with Orthofeet's removable cushioned insoles and, depending on the listing, may include a spare set of laces. Confirm contents with the seller.
