Our take on the Outsunny 5 Piece Aluminum Patio Furniture Set Outdoor Conversation Set with Loveseat Sofa

A five-piece outdoor conversation set: a two-seat loveseat, two chairs, a coffee table and a side table, all on aluminum frames wrapped in gray PE rattan with polyester cushions. The aluminum frame keeps it lighter than steel and rust-free, and the loveseat is rated to 704 lbs while each chair holds 352 lbs. Both tables have a two-tier top for storage. At $617.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the five stores that carry it.

Questions and answers

Is $617.99 a good price for this set?
It is the lowest of the five stores listing it new as of November 7, 2026, so it is a fair buy at that price. Patio sets usually drop in late summer and around Black Friday.
Does it really seat four adults?
Yes. The loveseat seats two and the two chairs seat one each. The loveseat holds up to 704 lbs and each chair up to 352 lbs.
How long does assembly take?
Plan on a couple of hours with two people. The frames, tables and cushions arrive flat-packed and need bolting together.
Can it stay outside in winter?
The aluminum frame will not rust, but the PE rattan and polyester cushions should be covered or stored in freezing, wet weather to prevent cracking and mildew.
What is included in the box?
One loveseat, two chairs, one coffee table, one side table and the cushions for all seating. Tools for assembly are typically included.
How does it compare with a steel or wood set?
Aluminum is lighter and rust-free compared with steel, and needs less upkeep than wood. The trade-off is a lighter feel and thinner cushions than premium wicker sets.
Where is the Outsunny 5 Piece Aluminum Patio Furniture Set Outdoor Conversation Set with Loveseat Sofa cheapest?
At Walmart, for $617.99, as of our latest check.
