Is this necklace solid gold?

No. It is 14k rose gold-plated, so the gold layer sits over a base metal. Plated pieces can fade with wear, especially with perfume, sweat or chlorine.

How long is the chain?

The listing gives a 13 cm length, which is short for a necklace and closer to a choker or bracelet size. Confirm the length with the store before buying.

Can I wear it in water?

It is best to take it off before showers, swimming or workouts. Water, soap and chlorine speed up wear on gold plating.

Does it work with Pandora charms?

It is a link chain, not a charm bracelet, so it is not built for clip-on charms. Small pendants on a separate ring fit better.

Is it good for layering?

Yes. The plain link design and sliding clasp make it easy to stack with a pendant or a second chain. Keep heavier pendants off it to protect the clasp.
