Questions and answers

Are these bully sticks safe for puppies?
They suit puppies once they have adult teeth and are supervised. Choose a stick thick enough that the puppy cannot swallow it whole, and take it away when it gets small.
How long does one stick last?
For a moderate chewer, one stick can last several sessions. Heavy chewers may finish one in under an hour, so buy the thicker sticks for those dogs.
Do they smell?
Yes. Bully sticks are dried beef pizzle and have a natural odor that some owners notice indoors. Storing them in a sealed bag helps.
Are they rawhide-free?
Yes. The only ingredient is beef pizzle, with no rawhide, grains or fillers.
What size should I buy for a large dog?
Pick the thickest, longest sticks for large dogs to reduce the risk of swallowing a piece. Smaller sticks are better for small breeds.
When is the best time to buy?
The best new price is $39.99 at Chewy.com as of November 7, 2026. Watch for multipack discounts, since the price per stick drops with larger bags.
