Is the PDX Elite Blowjob Power Pump worth $98.83?

At $98.83 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, you pay for the motorized intermittent suction and the dual pump/stroker design. With only one new listing, there is no discount to wait for, so the price is the price.

How is it different from a manual penis pump?

A manual pump needs you to squeeze a bulb or handle. This one runs an IST motor that pulses suction on its own, and the stretchy topper lets you use it as a stroker too.

Can I use it without the oral topper?

Yes. The TPR topper pulls off, and the pump works on its own for straight suction. Removing it also makes cleaning easier.

Take off the TPR topper and wash it with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry fully. Wipe the clear tube and motor housing; do not submerge the motorized base.

Does it actually make you bigger?

Pumping draws blood into the tissue and can give a temporary fuller look. It does not produce permanent size gains, and long sessions or too much suction can cause soreness.

What comes in the box?

You get the motorized pump base, the clear suction tube with ruler and magnifying strip, and the removable TPR oral topper. Check the listing for any included lubricant or sleeves.
