How does the heat-sensitive mug work?

The outer coating reacts to heat, so the design appears or brightens when you pour in a hot drink. It fades back as the mug cools.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Heat-sensitive prints are generally best hand washed to keep the color change working. Check the seller's care note before putting it in a dishwasher or microwave.

Can I put a name or photo on it?

Yes, the mug is sold as a personalized item. You provide the name, text or image at checkout, so order early if you need it for Christmas.

Is $12.95 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 6, 2026, at Amazon. Personalized ceramic mugs commonly sell in the $10 to $20 range, so it sits in the normal band.

Will the color change last?

It holds up with normal use and hand washing, but harsh detergents, scrubbing and dishwasher cycles shorten its life.

What comes in the box?

One 14 oz ceramic mug with your personalization applied. Gift packaging is not stated, so confirm with the seller if you need it.
