Our take on the Petjoy Dog Bark Collar with Beep and Shock 5 Levels Waterproof

The Petjoy Dog Bark Collar is a budget bark-control collar that pairs a beep warning with up to five levels of electric shock correction. It fits necks from 8 to 27 inches and dogs from 10 to 110 lb, and Petjoy rates the battery at up to 60 days. At $12.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of what shock bark collars cost, and it is the only new price listed.

Questions and answers

Is the Petjoy bark collar worth it?
At $12.99 it is cheap to try, but the 2.5 out of 5 rating suggests many owners were disappointed. If you want reliable bark detection, expect to pay more for a better-known brand.
Does it shock or just beep?
It does both. It beeps first and then applies one of five shock levels, and there is no vibration-only or beep-only setting.
How long does the battery last?
Petjoy rates it at up to 60 days on one 220 mAh battery. Actual life depends on how often the dog barks and how high the correction level is set.
Will it fit my dog?
It fits neck girths from 8 to 27 inches and dogs from 10 to 110 lb. Measure your dog's neck before ordering, since small puppies under 10 lb are outside the range.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, Petjoy lists it as waterproof, so light rain and outdoor use should be fine. Do not leave it submerged.
When is it cheapest?
The lowest new price seen is $12.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026. With only one store listing it, there is little room to comparison shop.
