Questions and answers

Is it worth $59.99?

It adds brick-style pieces that snap together like classic bricks, plus character figures. Plain tile sets are simpler and usually cheaper per piece but offer less building variety.
What ages is it for?

What comes in the box?
Magnetic tiles, magnetic brick tiles, character action figures, a storage box and a carrying case bag. The 353 pieces are split across those types.
Will it fit other magnetic tile brands?
PicassoTiles pieces are sized for its own sets, and the listing notes regular and large sizes. Mixing with other brands can work for flat builds but may not line up perfectly.
When is it cheapest?
