Our take on the Poly & Bark Nolita Brown Leather Sofa

The Poly & Bark Nolita is an 85-inch Lawson-style sofa in cognac tan full-grain leather, with track arms, a pillow back and a wood frame rated to 750 lb. It is a mid-century-leaning piece built for a main living room rather than a small apartment. The best new price is $2,006.99 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, with four stores listing it new. Poly & Bark leather sofas typically sell between roughly $1,800 and $2,400, so this sits in the middle of that band rather than at a low.

Questions and answers

Is the Nolita worth $2,006.99?
At $2,006.99 from Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair mid-range price for full-grain leather. It is not a bargain, so wait if you are not set on this color.
How does it compare with Poly & Bark's other leather sofas?
The Nolita is the Lawson silhouette with track arms and a pillow back. Other Poly & Bark models run slimmer or deeper, so pick by room depth and seat feel.
Will it fit through my door?
It is 85 inches long and 33 inches deep, so measure doorways and hallways. The frame is wood and heavy, so plan for two people.
What is the leather like?
It is full-grain leather in cognac tan, which darkens and patinas with use. Condition it a few times a year and keep it out of direct sun.
What is in the box?
The sofa ships in sections with the frame, cushions and legs, and assembly is bolt-on. Check the listing for the exact box count before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
