Our take on the Possini Euro Design Modern Floor Lamp 65.5 inch Tall Double Drum Shade

A 65.5-inch brushed nickel floor lamp with a two-layer linen and sheer drum shade, twin pull chains and room for two 75W standard bulbs. The double shade is the design hook: it softens glare and gives a warm, layered glow. At $124.99 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with three stores listing it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Possini Euro Design double drum floor lamp worth it?
At $124.99 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, it is a fair price for a 65.5-inch lamp with a two-layer shade and twin pull chains. Buy it for the look and the layered light, not for a single solid pole.
What bulbs does it take, and are they included?
It uses two standard-medium base A19 bulbs up to 75W each, and bulbs are not included. LED, CFL, halogen and incandescent all work; pick dimmable bulbs if you want dimming.
Can I dim it?
Yes, with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs, both sold separately. The lamp itself has twin on-off pull chains, not a built-in dimmer.
How tall is it, and will it fit my room?
It stands 65.5 inches tall with a 17-inch-wide, 11-inch-high shade and a 12-inch round base. That suits seating areas and bedrooms; some owners wish it were a bit taller.
How does it compare with a single-drum floor lamp?
The double drum adds a sheer outer layer that softens glare and gives a layered glow, and the two bulbs can run independently. A single-drum lamp is simpler and usually cheaper but less of a statement.
When is it cheapest?
Macy's showed $124.99 as of November 4, 2026, with three stores listing it new. Watch for storewide home sales and compare all three listings before buying.
