Is the Power Plate MOVE worth $2,390?

It is the entry point into Power Plate's home line, and at $2,390 at eBay as of November 5, 2026 it is priced at the top of its recent range. Buy it if you will use short sessions most days; otherwise a gym membership with plate access costs less.

How is the MOVE different from the Power Plate my5 or pro models?

The MOVE is the compact home model with 30-40 Hz and six low/high settings. Larger models add higher frequencies, more programs and heavier platforms, but take more floor space and cost more.

What comes in the box?

The box includes the MOVE platform, two hand straps, a remote control, a rubber mat, a power cord, a quick start guide and instructions.

How much space and weight does it need?

It measures 24 x 30 x 9 inches and weighs about 86 lbs unboxed. Leave clearance around it for arm movement and place it on a hard, level floor.

Can I use it on carpet or in an apartment?

The included rubber mat helps protect hard floors and dampens some vibration. On thick carpet the platform may feel less stable, and neighbors may hear low-frequency vibration through the floor.

When is the MOVE cheapest?

Vibration plates tend to drop during Black Friday and New Year sales. Check the price history before buying; the current $2,390 at eBay is near the top of its range.

Where is the Power Plate MOVE cheapest?

At Amazon, for $2,790.00, as of our latest check.
