Questions and answers

Is the Powersmart 24 in. two-stage snow blower worth it?
It is a reasonable value if you want electric start and two-stage clearing on a budget. Check owner reviews for reliability, since its 3.6 out of 5 rating is only average.
How does it compare with a single-stage blower?
The two-stage design throws snow farther and handles deeper, heavier snow. It is also much heavier at 132.3 lbs, so it is harder to maneuver and store.
Does it have electric start?
Yes. It has an electric start in addition to a manual recoil, so you can start it without pulling a cord.
What size driveway is it suited for?
Its 24-inch width and 20-inch intake suit typical residential driveways and sidewalks. For very long driveways or heavy wet snow, a larger engine may be better.
What is included in the box?
It ships as a gas snow blower that needs some assembly. Check the listing for included tools and the battery or cord setup for the electric start.
