Is the Presto Options a true multi-cooker like an Instant Pot?

No. It has no pressure cooking or programmable modes. It steams, boils, roasts and fries using a single dial, so it is closer to an electric skillet with a deep pot.

How much food does the 1.5-gallon pot hold?

About 1.5 gallons, enough for a whole chicken, a large batch of soup or several servings of steamed vegetables at once.

Can I put the pot and basket in the dishwasher?

The nonstick aluminum pot should be hand washed to protect the coating. Check the manual for the basket and lid before dishwashing them.

What comes in the box?

The cooker base, the nonstick pot, a steaming basket and a lid. Accessories vary by listing, so confirm before ordering.
