About the Presto Pressure Canner Electric
The Presto Precise (model 02152) is a digital electric pressure canner with a 17-quart capacity, designed to meet USDA home canning guidelines. A built-in sensor automatically holds the processing temperature, and the digital timer walks you through every phase, warming, venting, processing, and cooling, so you don't have to watch the stove. It doubles as a boiling-water canner for high-acid foods. Holds up to 5 quarts or 8 pints at a time in pressure-canning mode.
