Questions and answers

Is the Opulent 12" Ultra Plush too soft for back sleepers?
It is a plush EuroTop over pocket coils, so it suits side sleepers best. Back sleepers who prefer firm support may find it too soft, and stomach sleepers should look elsewhere.
Does it work with an adjustable bed?
Yes. Primo lists it as compatible with an adjustable base, but the foundation is not included, so you need your own base or frame.
What comes in the box?
The mattress only. It arrives rolled and compressed, so give it time to expand after unboxing.
How does it compare with a memory foam mattress?
The pocket coil core gives more bounce and airflow than all-foam, while the plush top still cushions pressure points. Motion transfer is reduced but not eliminated.
Is $319 a good price?
It is the lowest price in the recent range, below the $349 seen on October 31. That makes it a reasonable time to buy if the plush feel suits you.
What size is this mattress?
The listed dimensions are 75 by 79 inches, which is a short, wide footprint rather than a standard queen. Confirm the size label before ordering.
Is the Primo International Opulent 12" Ultra Plush EuroTop Mattress at its lowest price?
The lowest price we've seen is $319.00 at Macy's on November 2.
