Questions and answers

Is this worth it over protein powder?
You pay more per gram of protein than with powder, but you get pre-mixed convenience, no cleanup and a consistent 30 g dose. It makes sense if you drink shakes away from home.
How does it compare with a whey concentrate shake?
This uses grass-fed protein isolate, which is filtered to remove more lactose and fat, and it is carrageenan-free. Expect a lighter texture and up to 2.5 g fat per bottle.
Does it have sugar or carbs?
It has no added sugars and is positioned as low carb and low calorie. Check the label for the exact carbohydrate count per bottle if you track macros.
Is it suitable for tested athletes?
Yes. It is Informed Sport certified, which means each batch is tested for banned substances.
What is in the box?
Twelve 12 fl oz ready-to-drink bottles, one serving per bottle. No shaker or powder is included.
When is the best time to buy?
Multipacks like this tend to be cheapest during sitewide sales and when bought in larger quantities. Compare the per-bottle price across stores before ordering.
