Our take on the Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL

The Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL is a wireless, app-connected vaporizer for concentrates, built around Puffco's larger 3DXL chamber. It stands out for its remote control through the Puffco app, which lets you set heat profiles and monitor sessions from a phone. At 2.4 oz it is light enough to carry, and it is aimed at dab users who want precise temperature control rather than a torch and nail.

Questions and answers

Is the Peak Pro 3DXL worth it over the standard Peak Pro?
If you dab often and want bigger loads and stronger hits, the 3DXL chamber is the main reason to pay more. Casual users may not notice enough difference to justify the price.
Does it work with the Puffco app?
Yes. It connects wirelessly and the app handles remote control, heat profiles and session settings. You can use it without the app, but you lose the fine temperature control.
How is the battery life?
It handles a normal day of sessions at moderate heat, but long high-temperature sessions drain it faster. Plan on charging it nightly if you use it heavily.
What comes in the box?
Expect the device with the 3DXL chamber installed, a charging cable and basic tools. Check the listing for the exact bundle, since some sellers include extra accessories.
How often do I need to clean it?
Clean the chamber after every few sessions to keep flavor clean and airflow open. Soak removable parts in isopropyl alcohol and let them dry fully before reinstalling.
When is it cheapest?
Puffco gear tends to drop during major sales events and storewide promotions. Compare prices across stores and check the price history before buying.
