Our take on the Pulituo 12V Cordless Power Drill Set

The Pulituo 12V Cordless Power Drill Set is a budget cordless drill with a 3/8-inch three-jaw chuck, a brushed motor rated at 21 Nm of torque and up to 1,300 rpm, and one included 12V battery. It is a single-speed, non-variable-speed tool, so it suits light drilling and driving rather than precise control work. At $21.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it is priced at the low end of what a cordless drill kit costs, which is the main reason to consider it.

  • Battery included, so it works out of the box

  • Light 12V class is easy to handle overhead
  • Rated up to 1,300 rpm for fast light drilling
Cons
  • Single speed with no variable-speed trigger

  • Brushed motor and short 30-minute run time
  • Only one battery in the box
  • Specs list a 168-inch cord, which does not fit a cordless tool

Questions and answers

Is the Pulituo 12V drill good for driving screws into wood?
For softwood and light assembly, yes. At 21 Nm it will struggle with long screws or hardwoods, and the single speed gives you no slow-start control.
Does it have a variable-speed trigger?
No. The specs list variable speed as N and one speed, so the trigger is on or off. That makes precise starts harder than on a two-speed drill.
What comes in the box?
The set includes the drill and one 12V battery. No second battery is listed, so plan on charging between sessions given the roughly 30-minute run time.
What size bits does the chuck take?
The three-jaw chuck is 3/8 inch, which covers most common drill and driver bits. Bits with a 1/2-inch shank will not fit.
Is $21.99 a good price for this drill?
It is a low price for a cordless drill with a battery included. Only one store lists it new at $21.99 as of November 7, 2026, so there is little price competition to compare against.
Can it drill into concrete or brick?
No. With 21 Nm of torque and no hammer mode, it is not built for masonry. Use a corded hammer drill for those walls.
Where is the Pulituo 12V Cordless Power Drill Set cheapest?
At Walmart, for $21.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Pulituo 12V Cordless Power Drill Set?
Rated 5 out of 5 from 97 ratings.
