Is the Pursonic Counter Top Oral Irrigator cordless?

No. It runs on AC mains power, so it needs an outlet and stays on the counter. That means no charging, but no travel use either.

How many nozzles come in the box?

Four irrigator nozzles are included. That covers a family sharing one unit or gives you spares.

What does the 2-minute timer do?

It times a cleaning session so you can work around all the teeth and gumline for a set period. It is a pacing aid, not an automatic shutoff for the whole unit.

Is $38.99 a good price for it?

It is the best new price among the four stores we track, as of November 7, 2026. At under $40 it is cheap for a countertop irrigator with four nozzles.

How does it compare with a cordless water flosser?

It is cheaper and needs no charging, but it is tied to an outlet and weighs 16 oz. A cordless model suits travel and small sinks better.

Shoppers who want a simple plug-in flosser at a low price and will leave it in one bathroom. It is not the pick for travel or for people who want many pressure settings.
