Is the Pursonic Wellness Bundle worth it?

At $39.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, you get a diffuser, oils and a bracelet for about what a basic diffuser alone costs. It makes sense if you want a starter set; skip it if you need a large-room diffuser.

The diffuser charges and runs over USB, so it works from a laptop, power bank or USB wall adapter. That makes it easy to move between desk and nightstand.

Does it need refill cartridges?

No. It is not a cartridge system; you add essential oils directly. The bundle includes oils to start with.

What comes in the box?

The bundle includes the white USB oil diffuser, essential oils and a lava stone bracelet.

How does it compare with a plug-in diffuser?

USB power makes it more portable, but output and tank size are smaller than most plug-in models. For a bedroom or desk it is fine; for a large open room, a plug-in unit covers more space.

The current best new price is $39.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, the lowest of 8 stores. Bundle sets like this often drop around gift-giving season.
