Our take on the Pyle Full Size Left Handed Electric Guitar Kit with 5W Amplifier, Gig Bag, Picks, Spare Strings, and Strap

This is a full-size left-handed ST-style electric guitar bundled with a 5W amp, gig bag, picks, spare strings and a strap. The body is paulownia with a high-gloss black finish, a 24.7-inch scale, 22 frets and a classic tremolo bridge with single-coil pickups. At $139.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the four stores that carry it. It is a starter package, not a gigging instrument.

Best forLeft-handed beginnersPlayers who want an amp and bag in one boxParents buying a first electric guitarCasual practice and home playing
Pros
  • Complete kit: amp, bag, picks, strings and strap included
  • True left-handed build, not a flipped right-hand guitar
  • Full 24.7-inch scale and 22 frets like a standard Strat
  • Light paulownia body keeps it comfortable to hold
  • Low entry price for a full package
Cons
  • Single-coil pickups only, so no humbucker tones
  • Paulownia is soft and dents more easily than alder
  • Decal-paper veneer top, not a real wood grain finish
  • Stock setup and intonation often need adjusting out of the box
  • 5W amp is a practice amp with limited headroom
