Is the SR-1 worth it over a subscription ring?

If you want sleep, recovery and stress tracking without a monthly fee, the SR-1 at $159.95 is a low-cost way in. Rings with subscriptions offer more sensors and deeper analysis, but you pay every month.

How long does the battery last?

QALO rates it at up to 10 days per charge. Real use with continuous heart rate and SpO2 tracking will likely land shorter.

What size should I order?

The SR-1 fits snugger than standard ring sizing, and QALO recommends sizing up when in doubt. Use the sizing guide before ordering.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. The QALO app works on both iOS and Android, and app access is free.

Can I wear it in the shower or pool?

It is water resistant, so showering and hand washing are fine. Avoid prolonged swimming or hot tubs unless QALO states a depth rating.

The ring and silicone covers are included. Check the listing for the charging cable and sizing kit, which are not confirmed here.

Our take on the QALO SR-1 Smart Ring

The QALO SR-1 is a screenless smart ring that tracks sleep, recovery, stress, heart rate variability, SpO2, skin temperature and core women's health, with activity and workout tracking too. Its main draw is the free QALO app with no subscription, unlike rings that charge a monthly fee. It is water resistant, weighs about 3.1–3.7 g and lasts up to 10 days per charge. The best new price is $159.95 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.
