Our take on the Qoosea CD Player with Speakers, Bluetooth Desktop CD Player with Remote Control

The Qoosea is a corded desktop CD player with two built-in 5W speakers, a dust cover and a remote. It plays CDs including CD-RW, MP3 and WMA discs, and adds FM radio, a TF card slot, USB, AUX and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Bluetooth works both ways, so it can send audio to a speaker or earbuds and receive from a phone. It is a budget all-in-one unit rather than a hi-fi component, and no current price was supplied.

Questions and answers

Can it play MP3 files from a USB drive?
The listing names USB as a port and MP3 as a supported format, but it does not clearly state USB playback. The TF card slot is the confirmed route for digital files. Check with the seller before relying on USB sticks.
Can I connect it to a phone or a separate speaker?
Yes. Bluetooth works as both a transmitter and a receiver, so you can stream from a phone to the player or send the player's audio to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. There is also an AUX input and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Does it run on batteries?
No. It is corded electric only, so plan on a spot near a power outlet. That also means it is not a take-anywhere player despite the portable label.
What comes in the box?
The listing confirms a remote control but does not detail the rest of the contents. Expect the player and a power cable; check the seller's listing for the remote's batteries and any cables.
Is it good enough for a living room?
The two 5W speakers are best for a desk, bedroom or kitchen. For a large room or louder listening, use the Bluetooth transmitter or AUX output with a powered speaker or sound system.
