Is 35W enough to fast-charge a laptop?

No. 35W is enough for phones and small tablets, but most laptops need 45W to 65W or more. Treat this as a phone and accessory bank.

How many times can it charge a phone?

A 20,000 mAh bank typically refills a standard phone three to four times, less with fast charging and cable losses. Expect fewer charges for large phones.

Does it come with a cable?

The listing names USB QC3 and Type-C cable types but does not confirm what is included. Plan on using your own USB-C cable to be safe.

Can it charge two devices at once?

Yes. It has a USB-C port and two USB-A ports, so you can run up to three devices, though output is shared across ports.

Is $29.24 a good price?

It is a low price for a 20,000 mAh bank with 35W USB-C output; comparable banks often run $35 to $50. Three stores list it new, so compare before buying.
