Questions and answers

Is the Radley 5-piece sectional worth it?
It is a good value if you want a large modular fabric sofa with assembly included and can live with firmer seats. Expect to rotate and fluff the reversible cushions regularly, since sagging is the most common complaint.
How does it compare with older Radley sofas?
Several owners say the newer version feels less sturdy than older Radley models, citing cushion breakdown and frame squeaks. Buyers wanting the older reputation should inspect the current build in store if possible.
Can the five pieces be arranged differently?
Yes. The sections combine in multiple ways, so you can build a left- or right-facing L, a U shape or a straighter run depending on the room. Check the dimensions of each piece against your space before ordering.
What is included in the box?
The five sectional pieces and three 21" x 21" toss pillows. White-glove delivery, which includes assembly, is available for this sofa.
Is the chenille fabric good with pets and kids?
Owners generally call it durable and easy to clean, and pet hair vacuums off easily. Watch for fraying at seams and zippers over time, which some owners report.
When is the best time to buy it?
Sectionals like this typically drop during major holiday sales and clearance events. Track the price history and buy when the current Macy's price sits below its recent range.
