Questions and answers

Is $194 a good price for the RB3699?

It is the only new price listed, $194 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, so there is no competing store to beat it. Ray-Ban square metal frames commonly sell in the $150 to $220 range, so $194 sits mid-range.

How big is the 59 mm lens?

59 mm is a large lens width, best for medium to wide faces. If you normally wear 52 to 55 mm lenses, these will likely feel oversized.

What comes in the box?

Ray-Ban typically ships with a case and cleaning cloth. Confirm the listing includes the case, since some sellers ship the frame alone.

Are the lenses polarized?

The standard RB3699 with green lenses is not polarized. Ray-Ban sells polarized versions of several models, so check the lens description before buying.

How does it compare to the Wayfarer?

The RB3699 has a thinner metal frame and a squarer shape than the acetate Wayfarer. It looks dressier and lighter but offers less coverage at the sides.
