Is the DeathAdder V4 Pro worth $169.99?

If you want a light, full-size ergonomic wireless mouse with an 8,000Hz option, yes. If you don't need the top sensor or polling rate, cheaper DeathAdder models cover most of the experience.

How is it different from the DeathAdder V3 Pro?

The V4 Pro moves to the Focus Pro 45K Gen-2 sensor and supports up to 8,000Hz polling wirelessly. It is also lighter, at about 56g.

Does 8,000Hz polling hurt battery life?

Yes. Running at 8,000Hz uses more power than 1,000Hz, so expect to charge more often if you keep the highest rate on.

Is it good for left-handed users?

No. The DeathAdder V4 Pro has a right-handed ergonomic shape with side buttons on the left side.
